It’s no secret that right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, has been under constant scrutiny ever since her husband’s assassination on September 10, 2025.
While she also found a lot of support and sympathizers, her critics observed her closely and flagged several of her actions as suspicious. This mostly involved the 37-year-old making numerous public appearances and interviews while having two kids at home.
Many social media users alleged that her actions are not those of a “grieving widow,” and several conspiracy theories flooded social media surrounding the current Turning Point USA CEO.
Now, TikToker @mmachick_ has called Erika a “psychopath” and alleged that her taking over the reins of her husband’s Turning Point USA organization as the CEO, rather quickly, was a part of a deeper, sinister plan.
The TikToker alleged that Erika was a part of a ploy that meant to “hijack” the late activist’s organization. The social media personality also questioned the former Miss Arizona’s behavior ever since her husband’s death, which she found to be highly “suspicious.”

This included the 37-year-old staying away from her two young children and giving multiple speeches amid “fireworks and glam.” The TikToker added, “The glitz, the glam, the multiple outfit changes, the multiple speeches given on stage with the fireworks and everything. It’s time to flat-out say that this is absolutely not a grieving widow.”
The TikToker claimed that Erika was a “confirmed psychopath” and that she was “99.9%” sure that “there was a plan to hijack Charlie’s organisation” and that she was part of it.
The social media personality claimed that Erika’s speeches “were clearly planned” in her multiple public appearances. The TikToker explained that Kirk’s numerous speeches might have occupied several hours of her day, implying that she was choosing to stay away from her kids for larger parts of the day.
Many social media users have also raised their eyebrows after Erika also chose to go on a book tour along with her already several television interviews.
The TikToker took a sharp dig at Erika, calling her a “mother who’s literally having the time of her life.” She further questioned why conservative political commentator Ben Shapiro was present at the recently held Turning Point USA AmericaFest event.

The social media personality found this strange since Shapiro was not in the list of speakers that Charlie Kirk had released months ago. The TikToker asked the public to “grow some common sense” and stop supporting Turning Point USA.
She alleged that the organization, which was founded by Charlie Kirk, has been “completely hijacked, and they killed off their CEO.” According to a report in inkl.com, American writer and standup comedian, Sammy Obeid, also took a jibe at Erika and asked, “’Is it me or does Erika Kirk grieve weird?’
During one of his stand-up performances, Obeid made a bold claim and said there is an 86% chance that the 37-year-old allegedly had a role.
Similar to the TikToker, Obeid analyzed Erika’s relationship with her late husband and decoded that she might have been a part of a conspiracy to eliminate Charlie and take over his Turning Point USA organization.
